FountainView Care Center has prided itself for many years as being a compassionate and caring facility. We are Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. We offer both short-term rehabilitation and long-term admissions. Health professionals, including experienced physicians, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, are available to care for our residents. Individual therapies are prescribed by the residents attending physician and administered by qualified therapists. FountainView also maintains a full-time respiratory therapist.
