Fountain View Care Center accepts admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our affiliated physicians see patients at the following area hospitals:
- Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus (formerly Kimball Medical Center), Lakewood, NJ
- Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ
- Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ
- CentraState Hospital, Freehold, NJ
Fountain View accepts all forms of Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurances and HMOs- as well as offering comparative rates for those that choose to pay privately.
